S&T AG: Armin Baltzer becomes Head of Investor Relations
Strengthening of IR Activities
Armin Baltzer (43) recently took over the position of Head of Investor Relations for S&T AG. This makes him responsible for communication and relationships with investors and analysts, as well as S&T's whole capital market community. His tasks are to extend S&T's activities in this area significantly.
Armin Baltzer has many years of experience in investor relations, having just spent 10 successful years as Investor Relations Manager for energy supplier RWE AG in Essen (Germany). His extensive knowledge of the capital market provides a good basis for further strengthening of S&T's financial market communications. “The takeover of the IMG Information Management Group has made the German-speaking market – together with the capital market – more important to us. In Armin Baltzer, we have a highly qualified and experienced IR Manager on the team, who can position our company better in the financial market community and who will take care of the exchange of information and maintaining relationships in this area,” said Christian Rosner, CEO S&T AG.
Before joining RWE in 1997, Armin Baltzer worked for several different industrial firms, including Yakult GmbH in Cologne, Henkel in Düsseldorf and Rheinbraun AG in Cologne. Born in Düsseldorf, he studied business management and public relations at university.
